I guess no-one has seriously considered my suggestion of applying a single
layer of carbon-fiber over your existing fiberglass top for that ultra-cool
appearance.............that wouldn't be so expensive (it would add strength
and weight, though).
Most aftermarket hi-po accessories that all the racer-types love to add
are exactly that; one layer of carbon fiber for appearance's sake only
(hoods not included).
