Subject: Tough Decisions.....
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1

Well, after much thought and emotion I have decided that I'm going to release my '85 to a new owner. It was my first Vanagon and I really wanted to get it going again but with Grover and now Patty's purchase of the '78 I just don't have the time or resources to see that dream to fruition.

So I have decided that the '85 is going to go live with a good friend of mine. He has been wanting a Vanagon for some time now (actually since joining me in Grand Rapids to get the engine put back in Grover). He and his family have really helped me out during some tough times and I figured what better way than to get him a Vanagon that needs just a bit of work and free up some time and space for myself.

Why I felt the need to share this - I don't really know - maybe because it was such a bitter sweet decision. I love that bus - I know it will be in good hands.

-- Thanks,

Jeff '90 Carat (Grover) '86 (We call this one Parts) '85 GL (Preparing to move to a new home) '78 Bus (Patty's Bus)
