FYI to anyone in the central and upstate NY area
Empire VW camping @ Nick's Lake state park just outside of Old Forge, NY

Sept 21,22,23 in Loop C 

Should be some decent leaf peeping, and there are chairlift rides @ the
nearby McCauley Mtn ski resort.
As well as scenic train rides from Thendara or boat cruises on the
Fulton Chain of lakes.

Old Forge offers TONS of fall activities, and is only about an hour or
so North of Utica NY.
