Up until the beginning of summer, the Vanagon had the least mileage of
any of our cars (Previa, 265K; New Beetle TDi, 165K; TT, 145K, Jetta,
145K; Vanagon, 129K). The Previa finally died, so there's a young'un in
the stable now (Sienna, 60K).

Not a one has ever seen the dealer out of warranty. No doubt the
article calculates the savings based on dealer service, so I figure
we're way ahead of their figures.

Please note - During the past 17 years of operation, several gigabytes of Vanagon mail messages have been archived. Searching the entire collection will take up to five minutes to complete. Please be patient!
