I saw the same feature in one of my daughters fashion magazines, can't remember which one (she gets DOZENS of the damn things). I pointed it out to her, but she was unimpressed, she still wants me to ditch my Vanagon Westy and buy another Bay Westy-ain't gonna happen. Also, a recent Vera Bradley catalog featured an old Beetle. Side note: my Vanagon took 3rd place at the Manassass Bug Out yesterday. Not sure, but I think there were only 3 enties in the water cooled van category anyway. My friends 2003 Eurovan Westy took second, while a very nice SVX powered Vanagon took first.
