In fact for my local garage in Tracy, CA I usually just have GoWesty, Bus Depot, etc. ship direct to them. I've had some fairly major work done to the Syncro and everything has been fine (knock on wood); I'm patient and let them have the van for as long as they need it so they don't hurry and answer any and all questions they have. Worked well so far. Vanagons are a major part of Stephan's business here in Sac. so no worries there. The only reason I don't have Stephan do more work is because I usually need the van back the same day to get home; I usually don't have a ride all the way home and back to/from Sacramento.
