that's interesting! I too took the Van into PepBoys once and received it back damaged. They raised it from the tank and bent it. Not to mention that in the process of them trying to find the engine, I caught the mechanic with a pretty big screwdriver trying to disassemble the front grill. I ran into the shop as soon as I could!!! ha! They didn't do anything ... not even an apology. I wrote to the manager and central offices, and no word back.
