Folks---get yourself a copy of ETKA and you'll have the parts numbers in hand when you call/visit the dealer. Having the part numbers usually indicates to the counter help that you are not the average shade tree rube looking to ruin their precious lunch hour. I also find the ETKA to be an invaluable resource for seeing how stuff actually goes back together! = )
