No, it was made from 1974 to 1979(?). When my wife and I first met she had a '77 Mustang II, with a 4 cylinder. You think and old Beetle or Bus was slow? Damn, they were rocket ships compared to this thing! When I got into Mustangs briefly in the early 90's ('67) and joined the local Mustang club, they would not even acknowledge that the Mustang II ever existed. They may have let you join if you had one, but don't count on any club members speaking to you. Hell, I got the cold shoulder when I sold my '67 and bought a '91. The main focus was '64-'73 Mustangs.
