If so, I need your help in analyzing the idle stabilization units of
the various engines, especially the 2.1L.

It's exteremely hard to debug a defective circuit (for the benefit of
other vanagonauts too) without a schematic diagram or working sample.
So if anyone has one and is willing to help, I'll be glad to liisten...
