Multistage unhappy experience at Pep Boys when I got tires there. I chose them for evening hours but was told on arrival they don't begin installs after 5PM. Dropped it off the next day and got it back that evening with minor body damage that I did not find until in my driveway the following morning. Mentioned that to the service manager, who apologized but did nothing. Wrote a letter to the manager and never heard a word back.

I hope you have a more pleasant time.

Stephen
