A Subaru EG33 six is probably more reliable than a Porsche six. Power output for a given age is better from the EG. You also avoid the heater problem. There are kits (KEP) to fit an EG33 to a Porsche 915 or G50 trans. The EG should handle any kind of supercharging nicely, with its forged internals.
