I have seen a 3.2 for $4K complete on the San Francisco Craigslist. It's just vehicle budget and availability of the right parts don't always jive. I need to finish a few projects before jumping into this one. I would not recommend buying just a long block as the rest of the pieces wil cost you just as much.
