Sure, replace them both if you like. Both are inside the relay box on the left side of the engine compartment. Both take type '53' or '24' relays. Those relays can go bad but that turns out to rarely be the cause of a no start situation. Bad wiring or bad ground are far more likely. Mark Khalad S.
