This has been discussed recently. The consensus is that the fuel pump relay is probably not working. There are two identical relays in the system. One is called power supply relay. And the other is the fuel pump relay. If I name them incorrectly please correct me. Basically you can swap the two and see if it makes any difference to help identifying the problem.

Another cause of the problem is the ECU. Check the ECU connector. Unplug it and replug it a few times. This may fix a bad connection problem. If it doesn't you may want to borrow an ECU to see if yours has become defective.
