Weak joke. Original poster wrote "level" instead of "lever." I proposed that what he meant to write was "revel," another r/l mixup. A "revel" could be a celebration or party, and since he said the label was "on/off" I thought it might mean a party that was sometimes happening and sometimes not and ... oh, to heck with it. If you have to explain it, it isn't funny anymore and this wasn't even funny to start with, just a waste of bandwidth.
