Your problem seems similar to mine; I found that it was a corroded master
actuator in the drivers door lock.
I took mine out and apart, and found that water had indeed dripped inside,
and fried the 12v motor that drives the actuator. It was stuck in a 'locked'
spot on the internal cam. Disconnect the wire connector to this actuator
and you should be able to manually lock the doors individually............
BTW, I still need the whole actuator (or a motor from inside any actuator)
to repair my corroded master actuator, anyone have a good used one?
HTH,
Mike B.
