If it's what it claims to be, and the price is right - could be an all right
deal.
Miles are sure high - 247K, but that could be kilometers.
Very odd, no arms rests on front seats or front doors. 
It's seems pretty 'euro' to me that way, like one does wonder if it's a US
model syncro with 
Teca stuff swapped over.
It's fishy a little all right.  
With two locking diffs though, at the right price it could be a good buy.
And with a carbed engine ...why a guy ought to be able to get a really good
price for it since
It wouldn't be very smoggable some places.
I suspect it's not a US model originally, even tho the add says they swapped
over euro stuff to this van. 
Something is fishy though.  doesn't quite all add up.

The auction listing has a few holes in it. The VIN is for an 87 2wd
while the photos show what looks to me like a 1985 Syncro, European
model. The dash looks like it might be from an 87 though.
