I remember this vehicle, or a similar one that had been changed, in the past--the Cedaredge, Colorado, rings my bell. Archive search hits on 22-26 March 2006, for a VIN-changed Syncro Doka, with remarks about the previous "mystery Doka" from this seller.

Look at the items they have sold--all for about $5. Makes you think they were just generating positive feedback....
