Although a fugly repair, I wire wheeled seams on rear PS, painted with rust-treatment primer and top coated. There's lots of filler on my van, so the difference in "height" between bare metal and exsisting filler is obvious. Not pretty, but I don't care. It should hold rust at bay for a while.

POR-15 is a better choice. Not as easy to use, but from what I've read in archives (hint hint --- ;^) it is the best choice.

As for filling seams, personally I didn't. I just stripped and prepped as best I could and painted. My thinking is that when water etc. gets in there, it wil at least dry out. With filler on seam, it may trap moisture.

Maybe seams can be "filled" with POR-15 ??
