Subject: Any experiences with GoWesty Engines?

I have an 85 automatic with the original 1.9 ltr engine, & am looking at the possibility of swithcing to the Gowesty 2.3 or 2.3 instead of doing some top-end work. With 195,000 miles and what the mechanic I've been going to (Karmachanix in Berkeley)says are compression gasses leaking into the cooling system (another possible symptom of the intermittent flashing temp light) I thought I might just take the leap & upgrade. Any thoughts out there? BTW, I am NOT committed to having Karmachanix do the work... maybe Volkscafe/Vancafe in Santa Cruz. _________________________________________________________________ Can you find the hidden words?  Take a break and play Seekadoo! http://club.live.com/seekadoo.aspx?icid=seek_wlmailtextlink
