"Small province"? Geographically, Quebec is bigger than most US states in land area.

I also saw more Vanagons in Quebec than any other place except Seattle and San Diego. During the 2 weeks I was traveling in Quebec I think I saw a Vanagon just about every day (and I don't mean Phil or Joy's). Sometimes more than one.
