Mike, Don't bother with out-of-town Westies because that just adds to your cost. There are plenty of deals to be had in the SF Bay Area. Private parties would be the best way to get a nice one for a decent price in my experience. Do use a reputable shop to evaluate the condition of the vehicle ahead of time. Anyway, you are local to me if you are in SF. Pmail me and we can discuss this further. I can probably give you some insight about vendors and shops that folks from out of the area know nothing about.
