As a former lab tech, I know tolulene is nasty, but
that was so many years ago I don't remember how to do
the calculations :) .
I'd worry about prolonged exposure at low levels, not
just while its obviously outgassing. Contact the
manufacturer, or go through whoever sold this to you.
There are laws about disclosing the hazards. You
bought it, you are entitled to the MSDS information.
