Chris,

Hey, you're in luck for something neat in Albuquerque during the week of October 6-13: that big gathering of Hot Air Balloons:

I'm in luck, too: I'm starting on a 3 week cross country Vanagon trip, and will be in New Mexico next Wednesday; looking forward to seeing a morning sky full of balloons!

Hi All,

I'm driving a new Porsche 911 from Toronto Ontario to Phoenix Arizona, leaving tomorrow night. Gas is covered but the pay I am getting just barely covers my flight home. I will be out of pocket a bit but not much. And it['s a Porsche 911 so it's an awesome opportunity.

I'm taking Interstates most of the way: I-69, I-94, I-80, I-55, I-44, I-40 Through Chicago, St. Louis, Oklahoma City, Amarillo, and Alburquerque.

Apart from the obvious stops in the Grand Canyon and Sedona what short side trips should I make? My milage allowance is only 15% over the direct route.

Anyone ever sleep in a 911 I know it won't be nearly as comfortable as my Vanagon (obligatory van content).

Chris
