Subject: website recommendations + 85 Vanagon gearshift issues
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1"

(1) I need a website just like vanagon.com only for Big Block Chevy info. - I'm working on a 366V8 BBC - any suggestions as I need the engine's distributor timing for this 1980's era C65 truck engine?

(2) I own and drive daily a 1985 Vanagon - yesterday I "appear" to have lost 2nd gear due to my wife driving my vanagan, getting mad at its old, long gearshift linkage and destroying the bushings. My trans. is OK just the linkage, linkage bushings, and adjustment. Can you refer me to good info./articles on this?

Thanks for whatever leads you might can send me.

PS. If the world worked like the Vanagaon.com site, I could keep ALL make "junk" running not just my Vanagon......

Larry Ga.
