If you can spend $15K, you can take your pick. I see what appear to be
excellent, late model Westies for $9-12,000 on SFO Craigslist every day.
There are several shops that sell them from time to time as well.

Are you planning to work on it yourself or depend on mechanics? That's a
critical question on vehicles this old. Buslab's hourly rates are north of
$100 at this point, so for their excellent work, it's going to cost.
