I bought model 0100 (European power bleeder) which comes with the 1100 adapter installed. That adapter is 45mm which screws directly to the master cylinder (in place of the master cylinder cap).

The only difference between that one (red label) and the more expensive black label is that the expensive one has a swivel where the adapter attaches to the hose. Personally, I don't think the difference in price would be worth it.
