Even if your coolant was good to 300 degrees, your head seals aren't, so I personally don't see the point. :)

Check the Archives Jeff. There was some discussion about the coolant about a year ago, but I don't remember anybody reporting that they had ponied up the bucks.

It bears repeating that the Vanagon cooling system has plenty of capacity to handle even 300 HP WRX motors, so maybe that money could be more wisely invested.
