Note that they don't mention the specific heat capacity of their fluids (a measure of how much heat the fluid can carry). It's hard to beat water for that. I suspect you would need the higher boiling point, since it would have to get hotter to transfer the same amount of heat as a traditional water/antifreeze mix.
