When I was looking for my syncro, I flew down there to look because they had a few on the lot. I found them to be much like any used car dealer. I was eager to buy, but they did not make me feel comfortable. I was not very knowledgeable about vanagons at the time. I decided not to deal with them because they weren't haggling at all, they wanted a lot of money, and I felt like I was probably being taken advantage of. Their warranty seems like a load of crap as well.

YMMV, Andy
