Yup Swedish text, my Swedish TriStar came with a canopy just like this - sold it though. Not sure who made them, but I think they were sold through the VW dealer network. All Swedish Transporters that I have seen come with same canopy, aluminium lined bed and meshed off back window like the one in the photo...
