Oil level shoul be rising. Coolant should be lower or oily. Do a coolant pressure test, no way out: http://www.benplace.com/pressure_test.htm Your bottom sleeve/barrel/cylinder must be leaking... or a crack in the case, or a bad head stud. But like other said, make sure it's really comming from the case, clean it, and drive it... check back.
