Article is in german, it talks about how the Bulli-T3-vanagon remains popular in germany. Despite the fact that the average age a german car is only 8 years old.

Synopsis: - The t3 is simple, solid and can be repaired by the owner, unlike modern vehicles - There are many resources in germany dedicated to the repair and enjoyment of the T3, internet forums etc. - The 1.6 td lasts about 150,000 to 200,000 kms (??) - Repairs and maintenance costs add up, but it is worth it
