Mike,

1) Jack up the rear so expansion tank is at least as high as the radiator bleed bolt. 2) Set heaters to high. 3) Pour yer coolant into expansion tank. 4) Massage those big hoses in the back of engine to burp the air out. 5) When coolant flows out the radiator bleed, close it and fill expansion tank up to the top. 6) Lower van and fill overflow tank to the proper level.

You are done. Run engine up to operating temp and crack the bleed screws just for fun.
