Interesting that the price is $2900... I the last few weeks I've come across equally unbelievable adds for ($10K) John Deere and Kubota compact tractors for $2900... I assume it's the same scammer.

Ya won't know unless you see it in person. Wouldn't be the first deceptive ad placed on Craigslist, or Ebay, or in the local paper. FWIW, a friend of mine has a '69 Westfalia, mid 40K original miles, purchased from original owner, never restored and in pristine condition-and he has turned down $26,000.00 for it. Jeff
