Mellow Yellow's cooling bits have been reinstalled, coolant added, bubbles accounted for, butt end lifted, rad bled until no bubbles, no drips detected. Rad and hoses heat up, indicating flow of hot coolant, but that bleeder valve at the front of the engine compartment doesn't do anything regardless of being clockwise or counter-clockwise.
