You probably left something unplugged or undone when you put things back after doing your fuel line install. I would double check the place where the air intake boot hooks to the AFM. Is it sealing good and tightly clamped? Also did you remember to plug the AFM back in? (BTDT). Either one of these scenerios could cause your problem. Recheck all of the plugs and spark plug wires to be sure that you didn't bump something loose while doing your fuel line replacement. If you go slowly and check everything you will find it.
