as i say the confusing thing is that the one on 1.9 does not have the vacuum port under the idle screw && there are no tps switches on the top

and maybe peak at this spare http://members.shaw.ca/trclark/throttle/UsedPartThrottle.JPG

and take at look on the wear on the spare http://members.shaw.ca/trclark/throttle/ButterflyonUsedPartThrottle.JPG see the light around the butterfly valve is that excessive ? the shaft is tight ...
