Jerry, you do not need any fitting. Check how the return hose connects to the main plastic fuel line behind the firewall. Do the same with the supply line. Just run a new fuel line from the metal T junction to the plastic line under the firewall, The fuel hose slips on top of the plastic line, use a fuel hose specific clamp and install some sheathing to protect it then tie wrap it to the fire wall so it wont move around and chaff. I have done every van that has passed through my shop in the last two years this way.
