Has anyone found a way to patch our water tanks? The material (PVC, Poly -pro, whatever) doesn't let much stick to it at least in my past experience trying epoxy, polyester, etc. Is there a way to repair that stuff? I have to fix my Alaskan's tank so I can tow my "Tool-box/Vanagon" down south. The material in that tank is the same as my Westy tank, except I can't find a replacement for it anywhere, and to re-design the interior of my camper is not workable...Is there some kinda "Goo" that sticks to the whiteish translucent plastic that tanks are made from? Anyone try marine-tex with any success? I really don't want to get to the desert and find my 'repair' is not working, because 're-repairing' out in the sand without tools and electricity is not fun..
