Hi Group, My 17 YO son totaled his 85 GL. Slammed into a Tahoe who failed to yield at 55mph. That van was really running great too. He broke a wrist and ankle but the cab area really held up to the crash well. Anyway he's got his eye on a 98 Cabby with 109K miles on the odo. Anyone have an opinion on the Cabriolet? How 'bout driving in snow? Anyone need a good running 1.9L engine (125K mi) with auto trans? Any feedback welcome. P-mail is fine. -- John Meeks Vanagon Rescue Squad http://www.vanagonauts.com/Vanagon_Rescue_Squad74.htm '91 Multivan, '85 GL parts Northern Michigan KC8ZFN |
