I bought a bottle of the stop leak and a jug of coolant today. I drove the car a short ways on some errands and noticed that the water consumption was up substantially, so I parked the van. I am going to go through the ceremony that the instructions describe as soon as I have the time, probably this weekend or next week. For the first time in many years, I had to drive my wife's acura today as my diesel westy is waiting on a couple of steering joint rubber disc couplings before I can drive it (I'll get to that tomorrow). Thanks for the advice, Jim On 10/24/07, Geza Polony <gezapolony@sbcglobal.net> wrote: > Don't get your hopes up, but it has worked for me in my Saab and other cars... > |
