Yes, but Joy has as late model Vanagon. What's the record time for doing an older one with all the staples?

Indeed... At BusFusion myself and a crew of 3 or 4 people did Joy Hecht's canvas in a couple hours without breaking a sweat. It took maybe 4 man-hours of effort, including the removal and replacement of the roof.

My Dad replaced the canvas on his westy in about 4 hours working singlehandedly, leaving the pop-top in place.

Hint: Use a quarter-inch ratchet driver and a phillips-head bit to get into the tight spaces for the screws in the back corners.
