Well the Spruce Goose has done only one flight. They could try another one. As for length of waterway - what is it across the pacific - 6,000 miles, that ought to be long enough to get airborne, on a calm day of course. And "blaming everyone' after a disaster. Well, some is justified of course. I do like this one - someone, perhaps Nancy Pelosi...i was driving listening to the radio when I heard this ....... Might be who it was.....................andy, they pointed out that national guard troops weren't very available or equipped to help with fire disaster because they are in Iraq !
