I've wondered if one could graft a 2nd pop-top onto the first (cutting out the ceiling of the first) to make a pop-up high top of sorts. I suppose it would only make sense to do the luggage rack the same way only maybe cutting the bottom out of the upper one. The upper one would have to be cut to fit (like cutting and joining an ice cream cone).
