Hmm... 2 reasons it can't be a 73 or newer,

1.  Rounded front and rear bumpers (last year for the front step bumper too)
2.  Not sure about this, but still has early style sliding door handle ident
on door panel
3   Somewhere about that time, the fuel filler door was eliminated ('74 and
on?)
