Yeah I figured it was not a direct hit, and it's pretty logical it was a big vehicle he hit since from the Volvo crash pics I've seen Vanagons seem to have a tendency to climb over the shorter vehicles they hit. Wonderful he's alring, hope the insurance claims and everything have you into a new Vanagon soon.
