Hi All Thought I would chime in. If Replacing fabric ONLY that is taking out the old Fabric and sewing in new fabric you will have some issues. This is done often it REPAIR to sell the vehicle. If you restitch vinyl and vinyl welt cord (Piping) you are perforating it even more and it will TEAR. Best is to replace it all. Also if you sweet talk Sewfine they will use your material (COM, Customers own Material) It will cost more but you will get the exact color and style you want BUT Fair warning they do not gaurantee or warrenty the seat covers when you do this. Also you MUST make sure it is a auto cloth and vinyl so it wont fade, Rot, or shred in no time and you will be out of luck as well as your cash. The Material they are using is Marquesa Lana Olefin. You can poke a pencil through it and it will Heal. Can not take a cut or burn but most fabrics can not. Also it doesnt matter how much you spend for the skin (cover) if it is not installed right it will still look like crap. Sewfine does a nice job but ive had to fix some of there loose ends in the past. nothing major but stupid stuff. If you want I can look over the current auto velvets to see if any thing is close to what is original. If some one can send a picture or sample to me I can see what I can come up with. If emailing a picture use streetbugs@whispllc.com If mailing a swatch or sample send it to: Jonce Fancher Fancher's Upholstery Inc. 137 W. Willis Rd Saline, MI 48176

I will see what I can do. I think there are some old cord velvets in the puma line. just not sure on color. C-ya Jonce
