The switch and cam has been updated to provide a more positve activation on both sides. The full throttle enrichment is both for max power and to keep things cooler to avoid melting pistons and burning valves. On the 1.9L enignes one must becarefull not to switch the plug for the switch and auxillary air regulator. Doing this will instantly destroy the switch and the engine will think it is always closed giving the massive stumble or shutdown of idle.
